Terms and Conditions
- For taxi service time amendment is required to notice to office as following;
= Notice 8 Hours Office time (Thailand time) in advance for airport pick up.
= Notice 5 Hours Office time (Thailand time) in advance for hotel pick up.
If notice after the mentioned hours or no notice from passenger, the paid amount will be non-refundable or no compensation
- Payment is required in advance after making online booking. Driver is not allowed to collect whole amount of taxi fares from passengers except stated in e-voucher or email.
- All customers must make booking and payment online via our payment channels, PAYPAL at 100% or minimum 50% of total amount and pay the balance by cash to the driver.
- www.khaolaktransfers.com will not be responsible for the flight ticket fee in case of wrong pick up time, flight detail; departure time advised by passenger caused missing the flight.
- Please always recheck the detail in e-voucher and report back for any wrong information. If there is no notification of incorrect information, we will assume that all the detail is correct.
- If passengers could not find the driver or in case that client has problem with passport checking, etc. We have phone number for emergency case, please call before leaving airport.
- Our driver will normally wait for 1 hour maximum after flight landed. If there is no calling to given emergency contact phone number, the driver has right to leave the airport and the paid amount is non-refundable.
- The extra charge for extra time is applicable if waiting longer than 1 hour after flight landed or after appointed time.
